From milestone celebrations to corporate gatherings, Twelve 18 offers a refined setting for events designed to bring people together.

Private Events

The base package includes the event space rental from 3 pm until 11 pm, tables and chairs, basic AV, a projector screen, Wi-Fi and an event manager on site day of. There is a 20% service charge on the rental fee as well as sales tax.

What is included in the base package

Twelve 18 comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests.

what is the capacity? 

Outside vendors are welcome with prior approval from Twelve 18. Bar service options are available through the venue and can be customized to fit your event experience.

How far in advance should we book?

We encourage clients to secure their date early to ensure preferred availability, particularly during peak wedding and event season. Select dates may be available for more immediate celebrations. 

Is parking available for guests

There are public parking lots in walking distance as well as plentiful street parking.
